Amounts of each are based on how many servings you like and preferences.
Quinoa
Arugula (or for the UK people Rocket) chopped
Red/purple onion
Tomatoes
Olive oil
Seasoning of choice
Optional things you can add: chickpeas (garbanzo beans), avocado, feta, walnuts or slivered almonds, black olives, sun dried tomatoes, turkey (hormone and antibiotic free), salmon (wild caught)
